Savings forecast
Projects your cash, investments, property equity, and gold five years out (or up to the limit your tier allows). Inputs: monthly expense baseline (auto-derived from your budgets or the last 3 months of spending), expense inflation, savings yield, and per-source salary growth. The big table breaks out each month — click any row for the full breakdown.
One-off events
Add bonuses, year-end refunds, weddings, tax payments — anything outside your recurring sources. Each event drops into the projection on its expected date.
Properties
Each property tracks purchase amount, installment schedule, and rental phase. Off-plan works naturally — set installment dates earlier than the rental start. The portfolio summary aggregates rent, running costs, and outstanding installments in your base currency.
Stocks & funds
Holdings track units + average cost + current price across Tadawul, EGX, US, or other. Use the Trades dialog to record buys and sells — the average cost and realized P&L recompute automatically. Standalone sales (gold or stocks you don't have as a holding) are also supported.
Gold
Each lot has karat + weight + price (per gram or total). Live spot pricing comes from the global market and is karat-adjusted. The Sell button lets you partially sell a lot; remaining grams roll forward.
