Is filbx free?
The free tier supports unlimited manual entries, basic forecasting up to 12 months, and CSV exports. Premium adds longer forecasts, live price feeds, multiple bank links, Excel + PDF exports, and scheduled reports.
Can I export my data?
Yes, always. Settings → Exports gives you Excel + per-module CSVs at any time, regardless of tier.
Can I delete my account?
From Settings → Profile (Delete account button). Data is kept for 30 days as a reversible window, then permanently removed except for audit events tied to bank consents (kept 7 years per SAMA Open Banking).
Is my bank password stored?
No. Bank linking goes through licensed Open Banking aggregators with read-only OAuth scopes. We never see your credentials and we cannot move funds.
How is data encrypted?
Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Provider credentials and webhook secrets are AES-256-GCM envelope-encrypted with a key that lives outside the database.
