filbx treats every user's financial data as confidential. We do not sell, share, or otherwise disclose financial data to third parties for marketing purposes.

What we collect

• Account details you enter (email, phone, name, country, base currency).
• Financial entries you create (accounts, transactions, debts, properties, holdings, gold lots).
• Bank data you authorize through licensed Open Banking aggregators (read-only).
• Operational logs needed to run the service (sign-ins, API requests, audit events).

How long we keep it

See our data retention policy. Audit events tied to bank consents are retained for 7 years per the SAMA Open Banking framework.

Your rights

• Export the full picture in Excel or PDF at any time.
• Delete your account from Settings → Profile, with a 30-day reversible window.
• Revoke any bank connection from Settings → Connected accounts.
